If you would like to set up a kiwi conservation initiative in your area, or if you would like some more information to help with existing work, two good places to begin are the:

·      Bank of New Zealand Save  the Kiwi Trust Email: savethekiwitrust@bnz.co.nz

·      Department of Conservation National Kiwi Recovery Co-ordinator (Operations & Planning) - Email: pjansen@doc.govt.nz

Funding
The Bank of New Zealand Save the Kiwi Trust may be an avenue for funding. Each year applications are sought from kiwi recovery projects.

To help make sure Bank of New Zealand Save the Kiwi Trust is able to continue funding community initiatives in the future, why not make a donation

The NZ Landcare Trust provides information on funding avenues for community groups.
